Job Summary
Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, greet guests, receive orders, process payments, and prepare/pack food and drinks. Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate; handle returns/refunds and resolve customer complaints. Unload and stock inventory; perform tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty. Maintain attendance and integrity, uphold Popeyes culture, and work across multiple restaurant stations in a fast-paced environment. Requires being able to interact with guests professionally, learn all areas of restaurant operations, and work shifts. Location for this role is Miami, FL, US; onsite (in-person) with standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Consistently stand during serving customers or at register
