Greets guests and processes orders and payments at the register, performs food and drink preparation and packaging, and supports upselling and cross-selling. Handles returns/refunds and customer complaints, unloads and stocks inventory, and executes tasks assigned by the manager on duty. Maintains prompt attendance, works across stations in a fast-paced Popeyes environment, and demonstrates integrity. Requires ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers, learn all areas of restaurant operations, and be available for flexible schedules.
