Job Summary
Welcome new and repeat guests, guide them through the menu, and support order completion to ensure satisfaction. Verify orders for accuracy, manage to-go items, and process POS transactions while following cash handling procedures. Operate the cash register to count money and give change correctly, then count registers before and after shifts with management. Assist with front-line food preparation, including packaging, and deliver quick, efficient service in a busy environment. Work nights, weekends, and holidays while adhering to safety rules, hygiene policies, and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
