Job Summary
Welcome guests and guide them through the menu to support order completion. Verify orders for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process POS transactions, and follow cash handling procedures while operating the register to count money and give change correctly. Count the register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage. Assist with front-line food preparation, including packaging, and deliver quick, efficient service. Maintain safety rules, policies, and procedures while adhering to personal care and hygiene standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
