Job Summary
Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service; maintain inventory; operate cash registers; maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant; provide excellent guest service. This role supports a team-focused environment at Pilot Company travel centers/restaurants, with opportunities to train and experience other roles within our locations. The position emphasizes customer service, accurate sales transactions, basic computer/tech usage, and teamwork in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.
