Job Summary
Cashier duties handling patient billing: generate final bills for Outpatient, Inpatient, and Day Case patients; ensure full settlement for cash-paying patients; prepare Letters of Undertaking (LOU) with top management approval; support with Insurance/TPA/Panel/Corporate guarantee letters; issue receipts, debit/credit notes, refunds, and return notes; maintain supporting documents and attach to files; prepare daily collection reports and deposit collections via the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM); address patient/guardian billing queries; generate management reports; adhere to KPJ Group policies and SOPs; nurture good relationships with patients and guardians. Skills include computer literacy and familiarity with accounting software; strong written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin advantageous). Education: minimum SPM; healthcare experience is an advantage.
