Job Summary
Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions while maintaining accurate stock and supply levels. Communicate low stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager and listen to customer requests or concerns in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized workspace including dish cleaning, waste disposal, and adherence to sanitation, health, and safety standards. Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic drinks, by verifying guest identification in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role supports the Centre's guest experience with a friendly, positive attitude and requires excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
