Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty programs, and bagging products. Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant environment. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate as assigned. Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, walk, bend, and stand for 8-10 hours daily. Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs overhead and handling cases and pallets.
