Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety protocols. Perform merchandising duties, process credit and loyalty programs, and initiate store recovery as needed. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule to meet business requirements.
