Job Summary
Process customer transactions at the service desk and maintain proper control of cash and media materials while demonstrating excellent customer service. Manage the POS register system to process information and merchandise, assisting with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed. Work varied hours and days as business dictates, performing any other duties assigned by management. The role supports Worldwide Golf's "Sure No Problem" philosophy of putting the customer first.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds at any given time
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience in a retail or golf environment
- General golf knowledge/background
