Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion. Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and deliver personalized service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and adhere to all applicable laws regarding alcohol sales. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as a sales associate or merchandiser as assigned. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, requiring 8-10 hours on feet with physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders. Must be 21 years of age or older.
