Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, and promoting loyalty programs. Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and deliver personalized experiences while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and complete cross-functional responsibilities as a Front End Team Member. Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, requiring the ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
