Job Summary
Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience; proactively assist customers at the register and in the self-checkout area; scan and bag items accurately and efficiently; manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges; answer customer questions; help maintain a clean, safe workstation; and perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments. The role emphasizes customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and may include related duties such as stocking shelves and moving carts; bilingual ability and a willingness to grow with Lowe's are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
