Job Summary
As a part-time cashier at Lowe's, you'll provide a fast and friendly checkout experience while proactively assisting customers. Responsibilities include managing a cash register, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean workstation. Required qualifications include basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, the ability to stand or sit for long periods, and proficiency with computers. Ideal candidates will have retail or customer service experience and bilingual skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
