Job Summary
As a Lowe's cashier, you will deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience, assisting customers with payments and answering inquiries. You will manage a cash register, scan and bag items, and help maintain a clean workstation. The role requires the ability to perform basic arithmetic, use a computer, and lift minimal weights. The position does not require regular travel, but some occasional travel may be needed for meetings or training.
Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience using a computer
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
