Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences and assist customers at Lowe's. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, scanning and bagging items, processing payments and exchanges, answering customer questions, and helping with occasional duties in other departments such as stocking shelves or moving carts. The role emphasizes customer service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to develop skills through benefits and programs like tuition assistance and Track to the Trades; bilingual ability is encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
