Job Summary
As a Lowe's cashier, deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience; assist customers with questions, payments, exchanges, and bagging items, while potentially supporting other departments and store operations. Responsibilities include scanning items accurately, handling self-checkout when needed, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and contributing to a satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
