Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and invite them to return while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Actively promote the Round-Up program by informing customers how their contributions support community growth. Keep the sales floor fresh by merchandising and salvaging items, then quickly pick up merchandise, return shopping carts, and place goods in appropriate areas. Maintain a clean, safe environment following 5S principles, monitor fitting rooms, and report known theft to management. Assist Asset Protection Agents as a witness for shoplifting detentions if 18 or older, and support production, rotation, and one-touch optimization. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs; no experience necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to ring sales on a cash register and use basic math to count money
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the facility and use a full range of motion to lift push or pull up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to clearly communicate
- 18 or older
