Job Summary
Cashier role (Part Time) handling sales transactions with accuracy and speed, greeting customers, promoting loyalty programs, handling ID verification, and bagging products. Responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of promotions and alcohol laws, supporting as a sales associate or merchandiser when needed, and upholding store safety and cleanliness. Training may include wine, spirits, and beer products; flexible scheduling including nights and weekends; cross-functional duties as assigned; and working in a large-format retail environment focused on customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and handle outdoor conditions as applicable
