Job Summary
Greet all guests with a friendly smile, select and help locate merchandise based on guest needs, and efficiently handle purchase and return transactions following established policies. Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service by sharing current product knowledge, offering fit and fashion advice, and suggesting add-ons to enhance the shopping experience. Actively participate in store-related meetings to work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by management. This role requires 2+ years of guest and sales experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
- Climbing ladders – occasionally
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
