Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, returns, and change back to customers while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Process merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and uphold merchandising philosophy and cleanliness throughout the store. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction programs, and store culture initiatives. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, multi-task, and respond to changes in direction.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
