Cashier

Greet customers and process in-person and phone orders as a Wingstop cashier; operate the computerized register (POS), balance cash drawers, verify customer age for alcohol purchases, and answer questions with menu recommendations. Upsell items and maintain knowledge of sauces and promotions while coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. Maintain a clean Front of House, follow safety/sanitation guidelines, uphold uniform standards, handle complaints by routing to management when needed, and assist kitchen staff as required. Emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and professional service to provide a positive Wingstop experience.
