Job Summary
Greet customers and take/relay orders to the kitchen, process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions, and balance the cash drawer. Communicate clearly with crew and guests to ensure orders are accurate and timely. Upsell and maintain knowledge of menu items, sauces, and promotions; verify customer ages for alcohol purchases. Maintain professionalism and a positive guest experience, handle customer questions and complaints, and assist kitchen staff as needed. Maintain a clean Front of House, follow safety/sanitation guidelines, and adhere to uniform standards. Possess strong cash handling, interpersonal, and reliability skills to thrive in a fast-paced Wingstop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification required
