Cashier

Scan customer selections, verify prices and quantities, accept payment, issue receipts, and answer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and item locations. Respond to complaints with genuine concern, maintain a friendly manner, and engage customers in casual conversation while showing respect for their purchases. Perform accurate and efficient product scanning, process all forms of tender and coupons, package purchases, and keep the work station clean and stocked. Recognize produce types and follow store, department, and safety policies as assigned by the supervisor.
