Job Summary
As a Cashier, you will craft quality customer experiences by providing efficient, effective customer service in the checkout lane that creates a positive and lasting impact on Meijer customers. You’ll complete transactions, handle money accurately, use eye contact and a friendly attitude, answer questions, and build trustful relationships to encourage return visits. The role entails leveraging technology to complete activities, maintaining accuracy of POS purchases, and contributing to an engaging, customer-centered shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
- Ability to operate cashier register system
