Job Summary
Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism while providing accurate information about valet parking services. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently, issuing receipts and processing fees as required. Close and balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy, and log all payments into the company's system. Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure prompt vehicle retrieval and manage special requests from guests. Generate basic daily activity reports when needed. Schedule: Monday off / Tuesday 3pm-11pm / Wednesday 3pm-11pm / Thursday off / Friday 3pm-11pm / Saturday 3pm-11pm / Sunday 3pm-11pm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of cashiering and payment processing
- Ability to proactively and efficiently solve problems
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with management software
