Job Summary
Greet customers with a friendly attitude, operate the cash register to process transactions accurately, and answer customer questions while providing excellent service. Stock merchandise to keep shelves organized, prepare fresh coffee and maintain beverage stations, and clean and maintain a safe, organized store. Assist with other daily tasks as needed throughout your shift in a fast-moving environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, performance-based pay increases, and discounted fountain beverages during your shift at Jack Flash, a family-owned convenience store network serving communities in Illinois and Missouri since 1986.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Honest and trustworthy
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a register
- Able to perform basic math calculations
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
