Assist Facility Management in the operations of a Goodwill retail facility, ensuring transactions are rung and reported accurately while processing donated goods. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and donors in a timely, courteous manner and maintaining production areas to ensure ease of operations. Ensure quality control standards meet Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest's high standards, including adhering to directives, rules, policies, and procedures. Train and evaluate employees in thorough, organized sessions, take corrective action for performance issues, and maintain all store records. Ensure the facility and surrounding premises are kept neat, clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards, complying with all health, safety, and fire standards.
