Job Summary
Operate a Goodwill retail facility with minimal supervision, managing transactions, processing donated goods, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Direct facility personnel, maintain production areas, and enforce safety procedures while providing outstanding customer service to donors and shoppers. Train employees, conduct performance evaluations, and implement corrective action plans to uphold organizational standards. Maintain open communication, comply with all EEO guidelines and local regulations, and wear required PPE. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Personal auto insurance
- Willingness and ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and departmental and organizational standards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Demonstrated knowledge of merchandise
- Cash register operation skills
- Change-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively using tact and courtesy
- Outgoing, pleasant personality
- Appropriate grooming and hygiene
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background and driver record check
