Job Summary
Assist Facility Management in retail operations at a Goodwill facility; provide outstanding customer service; train and evaluate employees; manage store personnel in the absence of Facility Management; ensure accurate cash handling and reporting; maintain safety, cleanliness, and PPE compliance; process donated goods and maintain records; collaborate with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services; uphold Goodwill policies and confidentiality.
