Assist Facility Management in the operations of a Goodwill retail facility by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the quality and quantity of work performed by employees. Direct the activities of facility personnel, ensure all transactions are rung and reported accurately, and process donated goods appropriately while maintaining neat, clean, and safe premises. Train and evaluate employees in thorough, organized sessions, take corrective action for unacceptable performance, and comply with cash handling, security, and all health and safety regulations. Maintain all store records and maximize financial performance by identifying deviations from desired results. Valid driver license with personal auto insurance and a clean background and driver record check are required.
