Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting warmly, promoting the Insider Program, and handling returns or repairs per company standards. Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance while keeping the cashwrap organized and reporting equipment issues. Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Candidates need 1+ years in retail, POS familiarity, and strong English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
