Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap by greeting customers warmly, promoting the Insider Program, and processing returns and repairs. Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management while completing end-of-shift audits and keeping the cashwrap organized. Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold operational excellence. Requires 1+ years in retail, ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends, and physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
