Job Summary
Greet customers and process payments at a retail location, issue receipts and make change; assist customers with product information and locate pickup points; balance tills, verify payments (credit cards/checks), and maintain receipts. Provide prompt telephone service, keep the work area neat, assist with pricing and stocking, participate in inventory activities, and follow safety procedures. Requires strong customer-service skills, basic math, cash-handling proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; high school diploma or GED and six months related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
