Job Summary
Conduct food and beverage counter service, including order taking, packing, and delivery. Input and control ordering through the register while maintaining accountability for all items served. Seat guests efficiently, answer phones, and handle initial complaints. Ensure the bank is counted and balanced with the cage. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings and operating hours. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Complete the California Department of ABC Lead Training Program and obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week. Stand and walk up to 1.5 miles, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a smoke-filled environment with moderate to escalating noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
