Job Summary
Greets guests upon entry and exit, offers assistance, and processes GC On the Go To-Go orders while maintaining accurate payment handling. Ensures vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas remain organized and clean, including proper buffet setup and label verification. Follows local health department laws and performs duty roster to uphold service and quality standards. Informs the Manager when drawer funds require safe transfer and verifies daily balances against paperwork. Knows current buffet offerings, menu items, and prices.
Required Qualifications
- Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
- Knows what is on buffet for the day and has a full knowledge of menu and prices
- Follows local health department laws
