Processes GC On the Go To-Go orders, handles payments accurately, and ensures the cashier drawer balances with daily paperwork. Knows the daily buffet offerings, menu, and prices, and follows local health department laws. Performs duty roster to ensure service and quality standards are met. Required Qualifications
