Greets guests upon entry and exit, processes GC On the Go orders, and handles payments accurately while maintaining knowledge of daily menu items and prices. Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host station, and surrounding areas, ensuring buffet setup is correct and labels are accurate. Follows local health department laws and performs duty roster to meet service and quality standards. Informs the Manager when drawer funds require safe transfer and ensures daily paperwork balances match. This role is critical for forming lasting impressions during guest entry and departure.
