Job Summary
Greets guests as they enter and leave the restaurant, processes GC On the Go To-Go orders, and handles payments accurately. Offers assistance to guests needing help, maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule and host station, and ensures buffet labels are correct. Follows local health department laws, performs duty roster, and ensures drawer balances with daily paperwork. Informs the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe. Knows the daily buffet offerings, menu, and prices.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and courteous on the phone
- Handles payments accurately
- Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
- Knows what is on buffet for the day and has a full knowledge of menu and prices
- Follows local health department laws
