Job Summary
Greets guests upon entry and exit, processes GC On the Go orders, and manages phone inquiries with courtesy. Handles payments accurately while maintaining knowledge of daily buffet items, menu, and prices. Ensures vestibule, host station, and surrounding areas remain organized and clean, including proper buffet setup and label verification. Follows local health department laws and performs duty roster to uphold service and quality standards. Informs the manager when drawer balances require safe transfer and verifies daily paperwork accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
- Knows what is on buffet for the day and has a full knowledge of menu and prices
- Follows local health department laws
