Maintain all restaurant areas by keeping them clean, stocked, and presentable while removing trash from guest tables and offering drink refills. Greet every guest, process payments, and take orders for the chef-driven menu, beverages, and daily specials. Deliver orders to customers and check on guests to resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Adhere to local and state food safety requirements, company standards, and personal hygiene protocols. Assist in community-related events and festivals as assigned by the shift manager.
