Job Summary
Manage guest interactions by listening to complaints, making change, and ensuring dining rooms and restrooms remain clean and functional. Handle cash transactions accurately while multitasking to accommodate guests, and maintain equipment in service areas and walk-in coolers. Lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs, including moving items on high and low shelves. Work morning and evening shifts with weekend availability, operating in kitchen and refrigerated areas with varying temperatures. Required Qualifications
- Hospitality is a key component in this position, so you should be comfortable with listening to and accommodating our guests
- Ability to make change and provide accurate cash-handling

- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grasp for extended periods of time
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in confined work area
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
- Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
- Weekend shifts are a must
