Job Summary
Greet incoming guests, manage takeout orders, and accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale System while collecting payments. Provide a friendly welcome, ensure timely seating, and answer phones according to company specifications. Bus tables, deliver food, check guest identification for alcohol consumption, and respond to customer complaints. Apply menu knowledge to make genuine suggestions and upsell, then bag and manage takeout orders for accuracy. Maintain a clean and orderly cashier area, practice proper safety and sanitation, and thank guests as they leave while soliciting feedback. This part-time role averages 29 hours or less per week, with full-time expectations of 36 to 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age
- Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Must be energetic, friendly and genuinely interested about what brings Guest through our doors
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
