Job Summary
Greet incoming guests, manage takeout orders, and process payments while ensuring accurate Point of Sale entries. Provide timely seating, answer phones per company specifications, and handle cash drawers and credit card transactions. Bus tables, deliver food following FIFO guidelines, check guest IDs for alcohol service, and respond to customer concerns by escalating to management when necessary. Apply menu knowledge to suggest items and upsell, maintain a clean cashier area, and solicit feedback from departing guests. This part-time role averages 29 hours weekly with advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must ID anyone who looks under 40 years of age
- Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Must be energetic, friendly and genuinely interested about what brings Guest through our doors
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a CDL
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years Python experience
