Job Summary
Greet and welcome customers entering or calling into the restaurant, then place in-person and phone orders while upselling menu items and sauces. Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions, verify age for alcohol purchases, and balance the register at shift end. Monitor order completion times, verify wing presentation, and assist kitchen staff when needed. Maintain a clean Front of House, follow sanitation guidelines, and handle customer complaints by escalating beyond scope to management.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification
- Computer literate and comfortable using computerized register (POS) systems
- Possess great cash handling skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Must have integrity, honesty and accountability
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards
