Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty programs, and bagging products. Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned. This full-time role requires working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with physical demands of standing for 8-10 hours and lifting 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
