Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges while displaying down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience. Greet and thank customers first and last, whether in store or on the phone, to deliver legendary service. Work as a team to uphold Mission, Values, and Principles, standing for long periods and performing repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard. Handle heavy and repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, including bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead. Requires close vision for some PC work and a can-do attitude. Full-time and part-time roles offer competitive hourly pay, health insurance after 60 days, paid vacation, and access to over 250 training courses.
