Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion. Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and answer inquiries while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to ensure product knowledge and adherence to alcohol sales regulations. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as a sales associate or merchandiser as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
