Job Summary
Process member purchases by verifying accounts, scanning merchandise, accepting various payment forms, and issuing receipts or change. Offer membership products including renewals and upgrades while resolving member concerns and deescalating issues. Maintain frontline cleanliness, assist at self-checkout stations, and manage scan and pan lanes. Stay current on promotions and discounts, and return re-sellable merchandise to the sales floor. Adhere to club policies and GOLD Member Standards, ensuring a safe, positive environment for all members.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job
- Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance
