Job Summary
Welcome guests, process orders accurately using the POS, and deliver food and beverages while maintaining high quality standards. Address customer questions promptly, restock stations regularly, and adhere to health and food safety policies. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and support additional duties as assigned. This role requires previous hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pura Vida Miami offers a lifestyle brand experience focused on simple, wholesome food and beverage items.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fun and outgoing attitude!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
